Cancellation Policy
Plain terms for deposits, cancellations, reschedules, and weather days.
Deposits
A 50% deposit reserves your date, with the balance due the morning of your trip. Your deposit holds your guide, your boat, and your launch window — we turn away other parties for it.
Cancellations by you
- 14 or more days before your trip: full deposit refund.
- 7–13 days before your trip: 50% of your deposit returned as shop or trip credit.
- Fewer than 7 days before your trip: deposits are non-refundable, but one date change is allowed subject to availability.
Rescheduling
One reschedule per booking is always free with at least 7 days' notice. Inside 7 days we will do our best to refill your seat — if we do, your deposit moves with you.
Weather and river conditions
Safety calls are ours to make. If your guide cancels for lightning, dangerous flows, or ice, you choose: a full deposit refund or priority rescheduling — no fees, no fine print.
